🌿 WILD MEDICINAL HERB FORAGING WALK 🌿
Come and learn how to identify, harvest and work with the wild weedy medicine growing all around you!!
We will go for a walk and learn important identification tips for an array of common subtropical weeds (introduced plants- not natives) that grow around Subtropical QLD and NSW.
We will do a harvest and make an insect repellent that you will take home. We will also make a wild weedy pesto dip or sauce that we will share at lunch time. Plus other preparation demonstrations.
We will learn about the common mishaps in identification, what to be wary of, and how you can build your confidence as a wild forager of these weedy introduced plants.
Instead of eradicating them from your garden- work with them as medicine!
