Come and learn how to make an array of herbal medicine preparations for your home, apothecary or dispensary.
Join us to learn to make fresh plant tinctures using water and alcohol.
There will be a live demonstration of making a fresh plant tincture.
Other tincturing methods will also be discussed, such as percolation.
All experience levels welcome from beginners to practitioners.

This is the third workshop in the Herbal Medicine Making Series.Book in for one workshop, or all three. They are run on 3 consecutive Sundays, from 10am-3pm.
19th April- Water extractions
26th April- Oils extractions and salves
3rd May- Alcohol extractions (tinctures)
Each workshop with be a sensory dynamic exploration. You will get to taste, smell and touch many examples of each preparation. There will be multiple demonstrations in each workshop as well as options to be involved with the demonstrations. The infused oil and tincture making workshop is more hands on and the water extracts workshop is more demonstration.
These workshops favor working with fresh vital potent herbal medicine from your garden/the wild/community garden etc. There is so much medicine growing all around us!
$70 each or book in all three for $180 total.
BYO lunch or bring a dish to share
All workshops will be held at Flourish Sanctuary, Nimbin.
This workshop will be booked out before then- spaces are limited and bookings are essential.
