Come and explore the majesty and medicine of this potent herbal ally. We will meet Plantain as a friend and learn how to work with this powerful plant in our lives.
Learn how to identify and make an array of different medicinal preparations with this beautiful plant, and learn how to incorporate these preparations into our medicine cabinet.
We will learn about the different species of Plantain, about the incredibly versatility of this plant, and learn why we should all be growing/wildharvesting this wonderful plant everyday!
Plantain is a safe remedy for the whole family and for all stages of life. All experience levels welcome, there is something here for everyone- from beginners to advanced.
There will be a variety of demonstrations and we will get to taste, smell and touch a variety of different Plantain herbal preparations.
Please note that this is only a 2 hour class so it is an overview, I will be doing deeper dive offerings into Plantain at a later date.
