You will be posted a handmade organic Plantain herbal preparation to take for one whole moon cycle, beginning on the new moon- or you can meet in person to collect the medicine.

You will be reflecting on your experience taking the herb, while also developing a bond with a living Plantain plant (if you do not have Plantain growing in your garden I can help you to source it).

I am Tatiana, the owner and founder of Alchemilla Herbals, a small business based in a NNSW, Australia.

My mission is to empower my community to take their health into their own hands and feel confident about growing, harvesting/foraging and manufacturing their own medicinal preparations.

I also love to play my part in assisting people to reconnect with nature and themselves, and rediscover themselves as part of nature. Herbal Medicine can be such a powerful healthy ally- and sometimes just being with the plant can do the healing!

Meandering Medicine is my first online blended course, and my intention is to provide a space of learning about and connecting to medicinal plants one at a time in a deeply connected and sustainable way.
