This Home Herbalism Series is for people of all ages and stages to learn how to work with herbs in their homes for the health of their family and friends.
These classes go for 2 hours and are small group bookings in the comfort of my home in The Pocket.
(15 mins from Mullum/40 mins to Murwillumbah/1 hr 15 mins to Nimbin)
These next 4 classes in the series have a focus on supporting body systems wholistically, with balancing and tonifying herbs. It looks at restoring and maintaining balance in the body.
With a strong focus on bioregional medicine- working with what you can grow/ forage/ source locally.
Location: My home in The Pocket
When: Wednesday afternoons
Time: 1-3pm (arrive 12.45pm)

13th May- Herbs for the Mind and Emotions
(cognitive and neurological)
20th May- Herbs for Digestion and Elimination
(urinary, digestive, lymphatic, skin)
27th May- Herbs for Vitality and Longevity
(immune, reproductive)
3rd June- Herbs for the Heart and Lungs (circulation and respiration)
** These classes will likely continue with different topics in June. I may also start running them in different locations in Northern Rivers depending on local interest
** We look mostly at working with herbs that tonify whole systems and support whole system health. In a 2 hour class we don’t have enough time to really break down anatomy and physiology and explore too much how each herb can help in specific disease states.
�If you have a serious issue, then see your doctor and holistic practitioner. This class is to learn general support for these systems.
